venues
The place you hold your event can be cruitial to its success. Your venue must be suitable for the size and style of your event, easy for your guests to get to and most importantly, have a great ambiance. I can cater for you at any location I can get to, whether this is in your own home, or at a function venue allowing external caterers. I'm based on the lower north shore of Sydney, however I'm happy to travel to you or your chosen venue. If you're not sure on your venue yet, I'd be happy to help you with some suggestions. Here are a couple of venues I've worked with recently:

special dietary requirements
As someone who has food intolerances of my own, I am very aware of the need to adjust the menu / be mindful of my ingredients. While the ingredients of all my food are available to you and your guests at your event on request, please let me know in advance of any special dietary requirements so I can ensure that the menu or part/of is suitable for everyone.

drop-off menu
Should you like to take all the credit for sassy bites food (and save a little money!), please ask me about my drop-off items & accompaniments which can be prepared in advance & delivered to your door for you to simply re-heat (if necessary), arrange and serve at your event. You can use your own platters or serving plates, or hire light white malomine platters for a small
additional charge.

portions
In keeping with my philosophy, unless otherwise arranged, each canapé item is catered at 1.5 of each chosen item per guest (eg. if you confirm on 40 guests, I will cater for 60 of each chosen item). Bowl items and gourmet dessert items are catered for at 1 per guest. My staff are trained to circulate your food around ALL your guests, meaning your guests outside enjoying the sunset are looked after just as much as those smart cookies that 'hover' near the kitchen.
