"Yes this bunch of oldies has been around for a while! Having done it all before many times we are a very demanding lot. Sally, you handled the planning phase very professionally. You comfortably fitted in with our tight schedule on the night and were not at all fussed by our late changes. Your suggested canapés and antipasto were stunning and a big hit with everyone as they took in the superb harbour views and the odd glass of bubbly. This set the tone for the whole dinner and was instrumental in making it a great success. After the main course prepared by another chef, your mini desserts were a fitting tasty finale. We had one person with special dietary needs and she was most impressed with the efforts you made to give her the same experience as everyone else."

Manly Marlins Rugby Club ladies day cocktail party - aug 08
"The Manly Marlins Rugby Club Ladies Day is an annual event and caters for between 250 to 300 ladies each year. This year we engaged Sassy Bites to take on the momentous task of catering for the young ladies. We found Sally and her team extremely helpful with suggestions and highly responsive to all our requests both in preparation for the event and on the day. We have received very positive responses from the ladies in relation to the food which tied into this year’s theme of “Christmas in July”. Sassy Bites were extremely professional and cost effective. "We used Sassy Bites for our wedding. Over 250 guests were expected to come to our wedding at an old sandstone church. The Sassy Bites team came, saw and conquered over a whopping 400 guests who turned up. It was great to walk in to see everyone with a drink in their hand and compliment us on our choice of caterer. Sal, Joel and the team were visible, professional and even came out to us with a tray of food when we were taking our photos. We had no complaints from the venue, as the team left the place as spotless as they found it. Sassy Bites was a great service, great value and great in general."
