"Yes this bunch of oldies has been around for a while! Having done it all before many times we are a very demanding lot. Sally, you handled the planning phase very professionally. You comfortably fitted in with our tight schedule on the night and were not at all fussed by our late changes. Your suggested canapés and antipasto were stunning and a big hit with everyone as they took in the superb harbour views and the odd glass of bubbly. This set the tone for the whole dinner and was instrumental in making it a great success. After the main course prepared by another chef, your mini desserts were a fitting tasty finale. We had one person with special dietary needs and she was most impressed with the efforts you made to give her the same experience as everyone else."
