While I'm happy to work out a complete "drop-off" menu with you, to ensure you are free to actually enjoy your event, I am available to come and assist you with getting your venue all ready, and also to prepare and platter up, and help serve the food. My standard charge for this is $65 per hour (min 2 hour callout).

waiters
Depending on the occasion or atmosphere you'd like to create, you may like to engage some of your friends / family to serve the food, which is a nice personal option. Alternatively I can provide experienced food waiters.

food waiters $30 per hour or part thereof (min 3 hour callout)
supervisor waiter $50 per hour or part thereof (min 4 hour callout)

Unless otherwise arranged, generally I work with 1 food waiter for every 20 guests plus a supervisor waiter for all events over 40 guests. All my waiters are friendly, professional and will ensure all your guests are treated as VIPs.

15 - 20 guests = 1 food waiter
21 - 40 guests = 2 food waiters
41 - 60 guests = 3 food waiters + 1 supervisor waiter

As a standard, my waiters wear black pants & shoes, white open-collar shirts and black 3/4 aprons (if you feel appropriate) depending on the mood you would like to create.
